DM Motion Application Programmers Interface (API) is used by software developers to create custom applications and generate routines to impliment special purpose solutions which solve motion control tasks.
Used for:
- General purpose factory automation which requires multiple threads of synchonize coordinated motion which provide a complete solution.
- Custom machine tool user interfaces, includes every 2d geometric combination, tool compensation, lookahead to elimanate overshooting around tight radiuses.
- PC based architecture allows machines to access databases and report back real time information to a central location for real time monitoring.
Hardware supported:
- Virtually unlimited I/O, inputs, encoders, high and low voltage outputs. All I/O is real time for probing type applications.
- AC brushless servo motors, induction motors, DC brush motors
- Any standard PC device, USB digital cameras for documenting custom setups, USB memory sticks to quickly copy and backup information, touchscreens, internet access.
